Good Megaupload, My Friend.

It seems that Megaupload is gone. It was shut down by the United States Department of Justice.

I had many files on Megaupload that were free from any copyright, and now those files are gone. Perfectly legitimate files are now unobtainable because of this action. But there is a ray of hope: Anonymous has launched an all out attack on the RIAA, MPAA, Universal music as well as others shutting the websites down (for the time being). I am glad for that action. Even though I have no connection with Anonymous or have any knowledge or means of which help them with their actions I will give them my moral support.

Pokemon Girl: Kakuri/Katrina.

Kakuri/Katrina  appears only in episode 287, "A Bite To Remember". She runs a Pokemon refuge.

I do not know whether her clothing is the standard uniform for the refuge area or if she picked the design herself. Either way I applaud them for it. 

She wears an orange & red jacket with yellow highlights and matching orange shorts over purple tights.

As usual, Brock is smitten.

Cosplay!

I have many, many, many images of women cosplaying various characters. Nearly all of them have some form of pantyhose/tights incorporated into their costume either for color or for leg uniformity (discolored legs ruin a cosplay).
These are a minuscule sample of the images of cosplayers who in my mind are fantastic (because they wore hose).

Pokemon Girl: Lily.

Lily appears in episode 243 "Hocus Pokemon". She states that she is a Pokemon Magician and wishes to have Satoshi/Ash's Pikachu help her complete a spell.

Her outfit is minimalistic but grand. She wears a tight fitting purple micro mini-dress with light green tights.
When we first see her we get a very nice run cycle that focuses on her legs.

It is a shame we never see this wonderful Character-of-the-day ever again.
